  • What is a virtual prepaid MasterCard?

    A virtual prepaid MasterCard is comparable to a normal prepaid MasterCard but you don’t get the physical plastic. Your virtual prepaid MasterCard is provided to you via our online portal with the following information:

    • 16-digit MasterCard card number
    • Validity date
    • CVV2 code

    This information can then be used to make purchases online.

  • How much does a Vplus virtual prepaid MasterCard cost?

    Its FREE. However there is a small fee for loading. For a table of applicable fees please click here

  • Does it have a credit limit?

    No, the Vplus virtual prepaid MasterCard is not a credit card and carries no credit limit. You cannot spend more money than is held on the card account.

  • Are there any fees for using my card?

    There are cardholder fees associated with the use of the Vplus Prepaid MasterCard. For a table of applicable fees please click here.

  • What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    If your card has been lost or stolen you must inform our customer service team immediately on 1800 844 523 from the Republic of Ireland or +44(0)20 7127 4286 from the UK. You may also email us with your account number info@vplusprepaid.com.

  • What happens if I change my address?

    You must notify our customer service team on 1800 844 523 from the Republic of Ireland or +44(0)20 7127 4286 from the UK.

  • Does my card ever expire?

    Yes, the expiry date is 5 years from the date of your application. You can find the expiry date in the card account management portal by logging into www.vplusprepaid.com/portal. If your card is about to expire, and is still active, please contact our customer service team if you have not received a new account number. Any balance remaining on the card will be transferred to your new Vplus virtual prepaid MasterCard.

  • What happens if I no longer want to use my Vplus virtual prepaid MasterCard.

    If you wish to cancel your prepaid card or no longer wish to use it then contact our customer service team on 1800 844 523 from the Republic of Ireland or +44(0)20 7127 4286 from the UK. You may also email us with your account number info@vplusprepaid.com.

  • What if the amount of my purchase is more than my available balance?

    In this case, your purchase will be declined. You are only allowed to spend funds that are avaliable on the card.

  • Is the card safe and secure to use?

    As with all virtual, credit and debit cards we use, every precaution needs to be taken to keep the card details safe and secure. Please refer to the Cardholders terms and conditions. The prepaid virtual card aims to reduce the need to carry or hold large amounts of cash.

  • What if I have a problem using the card?

    If you have a query about the card itself or you have an unknown transaction on your card account or a transaction has been declined but you still have funds on your card account then please call our customer service team on on 1800 844 523 from the Republic of Ireland or +44(0)20 7127 4286 from the UK.   • How do I reload my card?

    You can load your card by logging into www.vplusprepaid.com/portal and loading funds from any of your One4all gift cards.
